
Sarah-Jane is a passionate sustainability communicator. She founded Communicate Blue with a dream of contributing towards a brighter future. She has an 11-year history of working in marketing communications, specialising in areas of PR, employee and other stakeholder engagement, media relations, marketing strategy and business development.
In 2008 she began engaging clients in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and subsequently began addressing a more global sustainability agenda. Since then she has been focussing on areas such as sustainable development, responsible investment and conscientious brands, working with organisations to build responsible business into their DNA and effectively communicate involvement to stakeholders.
Sarah-Jane has worked across FMCG, technology, charity and professional services sectors on a wide range of high profile campaigns. She has collaborated with clients in the corporate and financial sectors to help them improve and benefit from their sustainability agenda, in both a marketing and business development capacity. In her spare time she is undertaking an MSc in Global Environmental Challenges, which complements and supports her work with Communicate Blue.

Martin is the Founder of Blue Economy consultancy Blue Australasia. He is a visionary strategist in the sustainable development movement and an award winning Top 100 global sustainability leader. He has more than 30 years experience in sustainability and is the innovator of the holistic 6 Pillars Approach to Corporate Social Responsibility.
Martin is internationally recognised as having designed and deployed one of the most successful energy conservation programmes in the world, saving millions annually and winning international awards. His expertise is in developing strategic plans and influencing high profile stakeholders within governments, NGOs, construction, healthcare, oil and gas, charity and logistics sectors.
Dr Blake chairs and advises a multitude of strategic groups. He is the Founder and Chair of Carbon Zero Solutions, a Non-Executive Director of Sabien Technology, Ecologic Transportation, and Amida Recruitment, a Patron of Eradicating Ecocide, as well as a Strategic Advisor to the Boards of CarbonSystems, MOSS (Models of Success and Sustainability), and The Upcycle the Gyres Society.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Sustainable Business Development at both Griffith University and the University of Southern Queensland and is also a Visiting Fellow at the Business School of the University of Hull in the UK.

Rodin is an award-winning cluster expert who has built multi-million dollar global sustainability projects. He has extensive experience in regional development and has advised global governments. He was recently appointed by the Danish authorities as an international expert to serve as a Member of the International Advisory Board.
Rodin has served on the Australian Industry Minister’s Regional Innovation Advisory Board, Chaired by Professor Roy Green, University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He has extensive experience in training executives and senior management and has lectured both undergraduates and postgraduates in Economics and Public Policy.
In 1998 and 1999 Rodin undertook the first environment management product services survey of the Australian economy, surveying 800 companies. As a Director of Ecobiz he also played a major part in convening the first international environment and business EXPO and conference in Australia, where the Toyota Prius was first showcased.
Rodin is the author of several books and is currently writing a book with a former editor of the Australian Financial Review on gender and diversity in the new economy; this will be internationally released in 2015.

After graduating with an MSci in Geography from Bristol University, Rosie deepened her knowledge of sustainable development to include marketing and communications. She writes for online intelligence publications, such as Ethical Corporation, on the most pressing global issues facing organisations today.
Rosie is an experienced Account and Project Manager. She has a background in employee engagement, diversity and wellbeing, consumer behaviour, systemic thinking in strategy development and in new service and product launches. Rosie firmly believes in the power of people to create lasting social and environmental change. She is a passionate purveyor of the right messaging to achieve that.
Rosie is a skilled researcher, copywriter and editor. She is known for her abilities in website restructuring, event organisation, campaign planning, business development, focus group management and service enhancement. She is currently writing a book on sustainable fashion and has conducted interviews with some of the most renowned names in the industry.
